Unusually detailed prism chandelier

Unusual chandelier in a special shape from the end of the 19th century. The chandelier has 3 inner sockets and 4 outer ones surrounded by icicles. These can be lit separately or simultaneously. Its top is finished with a flat glass crown, so that it can hang very close to the ceiling. Around this are mounted glass spikes with a garland hung with glass bells. The chandelier is hung with long chains of octagonal prisms in a fine progression on the upper part. Around the middle it is hung with beautifully cut icicles in a wavy progression, as well as spikes from which a long garland runs. Under each of the 4 outer prisms hangs a bowl hung with cut drops and finished with a glass bell. Its lower part is chains with finely cut octagonal prisms in a progression, finished with icicles and a bell. It has been given new wiring and old broken prisms have been replaced with original antique parts.

It is in very good condition with very few bumps on the polished edges of the prisms.
