Wine glass no. 15
Height 11 cm.
The glass is from the 1860s. The glass is mouth-blown with a spherical sand navel at the bottom. It is finely ground with a tongue cut around the cuppa and has an inverted baluster-shaped stem with a clear mollex between the glass and stem. The glass appears in Holmegaard's catalog 1853, as "Wine glass no. 15". Later, the shape of the glass was used as the basic shape for an entire glass series together with "Madera glass no. 9".
