Unique jug by Ulla Hjorth

Height 12 cm. Stamped UH in continuous writing and L.Hjorth The pitcher is beautifully decorated in blue, white and brownish tones. Ulla and Maria Hjorth owned and worked at the factory from 1982 and for 10 years until it became a working museum. Ulla Hjorth was employed at the factory from 1969 until it closed in 1992. As a student of Richard Kjærgaard, she was trained as a functionalist and believed that a piece of ceramics should fulfill function before aesthetics.
