Large Blue Fluted Half Lace cake plate with gold, 19 cm. 1894-1900.

Diameter 19 cm. Decoration number 1/573. 1. sorting. The stamps show that 8 are from 1894-1900 and 2 are from 1898-1923. They are all with fine original gold cans with minimal wear. Royal Copenhagen begins to produce Blue Fluted as dinnerware No. 1 in 1775 and is still in production. The Half Lace version was introduced in 1886. The motif is a stylized version of the classic Chinese flower painting that is thousands of years old. Item number: 13587
