Mirror from the 1930s with etched spider

Unusual hand mirror in clear glass from the 1930s with an etched motif on the back of a cross spider in its web. It is with a huge amount of detail and you can feel the many layers of black glass that have been etched through to damage the depth and the many layers in the web. The cross itself is quite deep and appears red at the bottom. A nice detail.

It is signed HB and is in perfect condition. We have never seen anything like it.
