Red Carnival vase

Width 12.5 cm.

The vase is signed II S, which indicates that it was sold to the staff. Carneval or Phantasy was designed by Christel Holmgren-Exner in 1970 for Holmegaard Glasværk and went out of production a few years later. The series was intended to be a bar and drinks series, but was relatively complicated and therefore expensive to produce. Each individual part is considered unique, as each part is decorated differently. The series came in blue, yellow and red and combinations thereof.

The vase is in good condition with an almost invisible matte line around it.
