Neptun is designed by Darryle Hinz and was in production from 1987 to 1998 at Holmegaard Glasværk. However, the series was produced by Darryle Hinz at Glasværkstedet before it was transferred to Holmegaard.

He had the glass workshop with Anja Kjær in Gilleleje from 1983 to 2002.
