Needle case with ribbon agate

Length 5 cm. Unusual box for pins in brass with ribbon agate. The box has a curved inside so that the fingers can more easily grasp the small needles. The lid and base are with beautifully striped ribbon agate in red. The fitting of the lid is a little crooked, but closes well.
