Mussel painted Fluted picture frame

Stamped Denmark, Royal Copenhagen waves and painter's signature. On some items there is no room for full stamping. The frames are without backing and all have a burn crack in one corner.

Royal Copenhagen began producing Blue Fluted as frame no. 1 in 1775 and is still in production. The motif is a stylized version of the classic Chinese flower painting, which is several thousand years old. The picture frame is in good condition but has an original burn crack at one corner.
