Mussel painted Half-blonde lid dish with gold, 1/620

Diameter 20 cm. without handle.

Decoration number 1/620.

1st grade. The stamp shows that this is from 1898-1923. It has original gold edges with minimal wear. The lid has a small chip, otherwise the lidded dish is in perfect condition. The dish is the old model with a hole in the lid so steam can escape.

Royal Copenhagen began producing Blue Fluted as tableware no. 1 in 1775 and is still in production. The Half Lace tableware was added in 1886. The motif is a stylized version of the classic Chinese flower painting, which is several thousand years old.
