Mussel punch cup from Holmegaard

Height 9.7 cm.

Beautiful muslet punch cup from Holmegaard Glasværk. The cup is mouth-blown in shape, so that the optics or rifles appear. It has a pinched foot and a cut mark at the bottom and expected signs of wear. The cup appears in Holmegaard's catalog from 1853, as being "No. 15" or "No. 16", in the catalog from 1867 the model is called "Water glass with foot, smooth, pressed and striped."

It is in very good condition.
