Murano, blue sommerso vase

The vase is in the colors blue and yellow.

It is blown in the specially developed sommerso technique from the island of Murano off the coast of Venice. The technique takes many years to learn and was kept secret for years. Sommerso vases are blown by blowing the innermost layer of color into the next and then moving forward. All this happens while the glass is still liquid.

The vase is in perfect condition with original label.
