Confectionery dish from the 1880s
SKU:12094
Height 13 cm.
Length 10 cm.
Unusual confectionery bowl in yellowish glass from the end of the 19th century.
It is mouth-blown and has a polished edge. The stem is baluster-shaped, with a small button and the foot has a small raise at the center.
The shape can best be described as a clam.
Originally, this bowl was part of a larger set, possibly 12 in total and a higher dish on foot where these bowls were placed around. Note that one side is a little flat, probably intended to stand around a higher dish on foot.
It is in perfect condition.
