HUGE Arne bowl by Per Lütken

Height 13 cm. Diameter 43 cm. The bowl is sapphire blue going slightly purple. Arne looks like the Provence dish just by the look, but differs from being flat at the top. The Provence dish continues its angle around the edge, where Arne has a flat top. Both designs are made by Per Lütken for Holmgegaard Glasswork in 1955. The Provence design is still in production. Both lines have been made in more than 10 sizes and more than 8 colors. The bowl is in very good condition but has a 2-3 cm scratch on the outside on the "under side" Item number: 6819
