Holmegaard salt cellar

Height 9 cm. Diameter of the foot 6.5 cm. Swan salt cellar from Holmegaard Glasværk. Traditionally, it is said that these salt vessels have been made as glass cheats from remnants of the kiln. Some, however, appear with Holmegaard's official labels on, so they must have been sold from Holmegaard's factory outlet. The salt cellar, depicts Holmegaard's logo, the white mute swan, designed in the 1920s. The foot is light black. Item number: 11265
