Fine cut crystal glass
Height 15 cm.
Richly cut crystal glass from the 1890s to the 1910s.
The glass is made of very fine clear crystal glass, which was not really mastered by Danish glassworks at this time.
Aalborg Glasværk had, however, succeeded in attracting German glassblowers and cabin masters to the works and had a small production of this type of crystal. There is very little catalogue material from this glassworks, as it only existed for 29 years. However, there is a long series of finely cut glass that can most likely be attributed to Aalborg Glasværk. This glass is cut with ferns and small leaves, perhaps a lake shore.
It is in perfect condition.
