English wine jug with silver

Height 22 cm. above the spout.

Beautiful crystal jug with silver mounting from 1901.

The jug is stamped with an anchor for the city of Birmingham, B for the year 1901, the lion for sterling silver and D&MD for David & Maurice Davis who were active silversmiths from 1896.

The jug is closely sanded with a fine pineapple sanding and large intersecting lines.

It is in perfect condition.
