Per Lütken designed Cascade for Holmegaard Glasværk in the late 1960s. The series was discontinued during the 1980s. Cascade consists of bowls, vases and, quite unusually, also drinking glasses in 3 sizes.

The parts of the series are turned freehand according to the approved models. The white base color is applied to glass shards that melt into the mass and are pulled out of shape along the shape of the object.
