Bridal crown in glass from Holmegaard

The bridal crown has a crack in one of its arches.

Bridal crowns have traditionally been produced as faux or spilled at almost all Danish glassworks from the late 1800s onwards.

They are often lower than this model. This one is mouth-blown with optical stripes and a beautiful closed crown for arranging flowers.
