Hall marked Michelsen, The Three Towers 08 for the year 1908, 925 S for sterling and a control mark. Under the lid, it is marked with the Royal Copenhagen wave mark.
It is painted with overglaze, Saxon Flower and in the cartouche on the lid it is decorated with Amalienborg behind the Equestrian Statue. The royal palace in Copenhagen.
Its base is decorated with rocailles and classic rococo elements.
It is in perfect condition without cracks, rejections or bumps on the silver.
The gold has a slight wear on the lid.
It may have been a personal present from the royal family.
