Astrid was designed by Jacob E. Bang in 1934 for Holmegaard Glasværk and discontinued in 1969.

The glass is hand-blown crystal glass with hand-ground long facets that go from the foot up along the stem to the cuppa.

The series ranges from red wine glasses in two sizes to schnapps glasses to soda glasses to champagne bowls.
