Antique wine pitcher from Royal Copenhagen

Height 26.5 cm. The pitcher is marked from the period 1820-1840. Beautiful wine pitcher from Royal Copenhagen inspired by the Greek model with a lion on the handle, and a woman's face at the end of it. Both parts are in unglazed porcelain, bisquit, parian ware. It is painted in overglaze with scattered bell flowers and beautiful shiny gold edges. It is in fine flawless condition, besides an old minor chip to the foot. Item number: 6770
