Anglais blue-green white wine glass

Height 13 cm. Anglais is the first entire Danish glass series with sizes from schnapps glasses to large red wine glasses and champagne flutes. Anglais was produced at both Holmegaard in the period 1853-1920 and at Kastrup Glasværk in the period 1880-1900. The type is, however, known from other Danish works, but due to little catalog material it is not possible to date these glasses. Anglais is available in 3 versions. A smooth version called "Glat Anglais", a version with optical anger in the basin called "Snerle" and finally this polished version.
