Aluminia Solbjerg oval bowl with fish

Height 10 cm.

Length 16.5 cm.

Stamped Aluminia Denmark 1873/1602.

The bowl has a light brown outside and a dark brown inside.

It is decorated with a flatfish and a clam on each side. Solbjerg was designed by Nils Thorsson for Alumina and produced from 1935. It won the Grand Prix at the World Exhibition that same year.
