Pendant by Matthias from the 1920s

Length 64 cm. Length of pendant 4.5 cm, Stamped Matthiasen 826s for silver. This pendant was in use until 1926. HC Matthiasen was active from 1903 to 1957. This pendant is with finely cut coral and is supposed to represent a linden fruit with the two characteristic leaves. The chain is beautifully hand forged with small flat links.
