Berlin red wine glass from Val Saint Lambert
Height 15.5 cm.
Berlin and was manufactured at Val Saint Lambert in the early 1900s. The glass is fine mouth-blown crystal glass with a fine sound and good weight.
It is cut with numerous cuts on both the stem and the cuppa. Its stem is faceted with just four facets, around which there are cut serrations. The gap between the stem and the cuppa is greatly enlarged by the cuppa, made as a pointed glass, being narrower than the stem is wide. Even the cuppa is cut with tongue cuts, lines and strokes that form triangles on the top of the glass, where an 8-pointed star, the Star of David, is cut in between.
The glasses are in good condition.
