Rare bisque figurine by HW Bissen - Valkyrie

Height 32 cm.

Winged figure drawn by Herman Wilhelm Bissen in 1835, as a counterpart to Thorvaldsen's Hebe.

The figurine is made of bisque, unglazed porcelain and stamped from Royal Copenhagen.

The figure has one flaw. The tip of the horn is missing, otherwise it is in perfect condition.
