Fine Royal Copenhagen plate with silhouette of King Christian IX 1818-1906.

Christian IX was married to Queen Louise and father of Frederik VIII, King of Denmark, Alexandra, Queen of Great Britain, George I, King of Greece, Dagmar, Empress of Russia, Thyra, Princess of Denmark and Valdemar, Prince of Denmark.

The plate is painted in overglaze and has many extra fine details, note the green border and the gold leaves.

It is in good condition - a little wear on the bottom.
