Prospect plate from Royal Copenhagen with Kongens Nytorv motif

Diameter 24.5 cm.
Stamped from the period 1894-1900, is 1st grade and in perfect condition.
The plate is painted on a pearl frame with an openwork edge and motif of the earliest parts of Magasin du Nord.
The building on the left is Th. Wessel & Vett's department store founded in 1871, the building in the middle is the property they bought in 1889 to expand the business and on the right is the Hotel du Nord which they bought in 1890 to expand again. None of these properties exist today as they were demolished to make way for the current building that houses Magasin du Nord.
