Eye shot glass from the beginning of the 20th century
Height 10 cm.
Unusually cut schnapps glass in egg shape. The glass is cut at the bottom, which indicates that it was made after 1900. It has a finely rounded foot and has a fine symmetry, which is typical of Danish glass. The glass is cut with so-called eyes, circular cuts around the cuppa. Egg-shaped glasses have been offered by many Danish glassworks, if not all of them. The eye optics were especially experienced by Kastrup Glasværk, so even though we cannot find this glass in a catalogue, we would think that it is from Kastrup Glasværk in the years 1900-1910.
It is in good condition with a small flaw on the edge.
