The jewelry is designed by DitteBjerregaard and Sofie Elkjær Jensen for Georg Jensen to celebrate Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II's 50th anniversary in 2022.

The motif symbolizes the Queen's motto "God's help, People's love, Denmark's strength". One bar in 18 karat gold represents God's help, the heart represents the love of the people, and the shape of the jewelry, a circle represents Denmark's strength. On the edge are 50 notches, representing the Queen's 50 years on the throne.
