Manganese colored tulip glass from Holmegaard
Height 10.5 cm.
Tulip glasses are first seen in Holmegaard Glasværk's catalog from 1867 and where they are offered for the last time in the catalog from 1915. They are offered in at least six colors and with gilded decoration, which were offered at twice the price, which are very rare today.
It is in good condition with some glass sicknes.
The color is difficult to reproduce in a picture. Its very much like egg plant.
