Beskrivelse

Width 8 cm.
Decoration number 20/3625.
This salt cellar is decorated with Potentilla Hissuta Vahl, which is Potentilla in Danish.
Flora Danica is only produced in the 1st grade.
Flora Danica has been in regular production at Royal Copenhagen since 1863, when it was ordered as a wedding gift for Princess Alexandra and the future King of England, Edward VII.
The original set from 1790-1802 is today owned by the Royal House and is used at particularly fine state dinners. Of the original 1802 parts, over 1500 have been preserved, making the set one of the largest preserved 18th century sets.
The set is still hand-painted after the original plates from the reference work Flora Danica.
