Tommy has been in production since 1928 and is one of Saint Louis's best-known glass.
The glass is cut with stylized flowers and leaves and a neatly cut cross section.

Saint-Louis is France's oldest glassworks from 1586. Saint-Louis was the first glassworks in Europe to produce crystal glass, this occurred in 1781.

The glasses are still produced in Saint-Louis-lès-Bitche in northern France.
