Rare hyacinth glass from Kastrup Glasværk, 1886
Height 19 cm.
The glass is shown in Kastrup's catalog from 1886 and is no longer available before the next catalog from 1910. It is mouth-blown with a small ring foot, a fine baluster shape and a hollow bead under the edge, so there is room for the hyacinth bulb.
The hyacint vase is in very good condition for its age. It has next to none glass sicknes and no chips.
