Height 40 cm. Diameter 30 cm.
A pair of large bag-style chandeliers—known as "beehives"—dating from the 1930s.
They feature a lovely ruffled "vase" element at the top, a clear upper shade with matching ruffled detailing, and numerous chains of classic octagonal crystals, terminating in a fine bottom bowl with a ball finial.
The wiring has been replaced using vintage original parts. One shade has a defect that is concealed by the vase element at the top.
We have never had a pair of "beehive" chandeliers before.
