Fine old black lacquered cash register from the 1920s from England.
It has a nice old patina, it has a nice wear where hands have moved over it over many years. It is for a paper strip inside that moves a little when the drawer is opened. This has a bell that makes a sound when the drawer is closed.
It is intended to be mounted on the counter and therefore has a couple of screw holes at the bottom. It is in good charming condition - the arm of the bell has been repaired after being broken.
