Produktinformation
Beskrivelse
Height 80 cm.
Diameter 30 cm.
Unusually fine chandelier from Belgian Liège.
The chandelier consists of square faceted prisms, which the Belgian city of Liège has been known for making. Its lower part also has finely ground square prisms in a progression ending in a ground bottom bowl, at the top these chains are terminated with a glass leaf that is screwed into the frame.
Its top forms a beautiful crown finished with a glass leaf that is also screwed into the frame. This technique is very rarely seen.
The chandelier has a total of 3 sockets that all light up at once. It has new wires and old broken prisms have been replaced with original antique parts.
It is in very good condition with very few bumps on the polished edges of the prisms.
