Unique Blue Flower tray table

Height 56 ​​cm. Length 65 cm. Width 52 cm.

The table is a unique tray with a cabinet-made frame. The tray was painted by Mrs. B. Jacobsen in 1973, it is signed on the underside. On the side are remains of the original price tag. The original receipt from 1979, for 7,500 kr, is included. The frame was made by cabinetmaker A. P Larsen, Kaalundsgade 5 and cost 600 kr.

Royal Copenhagen began producing Blue Flower in 1779 as set no. 10. Production ceased over 200 years later in the 1990s. Each bouquet was composed by the painter himself from original plates from the 18th century. These contained the models for the main flower, side flowers and smaller bouquets.

The tray is in perfect condition with a larger original stain on the back.
